Replaced 3" chambered rear muffler (read; restriction) with 2 straight through magnaflow mufflers.
Received revision B of the ID1300x injectors, and a set of GSC s1 cams.

Car has been in the body shop for two weeks. Was supposed to get it back today but alas, it'll be next week hopefully.

Hanger for a relay that runs the cooler fans. I should drill some holes in this thing to take some weight out.

I took the car for a nice drive about today. The tune is very good, idle at 1k is definitely a good idea. It runs much better on E85.
    Fucking gorgeous!

I don't plan on going anywhere... Might pick up another X in the future, but we'll see.

Eventually maybe... I need to keep it as a reliable DD until the new house gets squared away, then I'll have some fun with it and if I like it I'll start racing it.

I got a picture of my rear coilovers.

    image.jpg

It is the same on each side. I put some duct tape on them--thank goodness I saw it in time.

Wow! I would love to know what JRZ would have to say about that.

Yay, only $1900 to fix my JRZ coilovers. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have had to rebuild them.

    Guys, do NOT buy JRZ.

It really doesn't matter whether they are great on the track since they only last a few days, yes DAYS. The front dampers had maybe 5 track days and less than 500 road miles on them and needed rebuilt. The rears were shot too, and cracked through the aluminum on the bottom...a dangerous, complete failure.

    Excellent heads up.

Fortune Auto coilovers have never let us down through some serious abuse. Even when seriously under-valved... 14K springs on dampers that came with 7K springs lol

My MR rolled 86000 miles. It was time for the 30000 mile refresh.
    I replaced
SST fluid, SST filter, Oil change, Diff oil change, Transfer case oil change, and my gas door spring.

Once it gets a tad warmer I am going to swap out the brake fluid. Car is still stock
