Car won’t start and it’s not a bricked ecu

I need some help with I.D.’ing the wire colors in the engine harness wire loom. I have reason to believe that this one wire that is green with a red stripe solid touched ground by chaffing and quite possibly have shorted the ecu.

My car no longer cranks over but all the lights come on n the fan comes on like if u were loading a map into the car like if u were tuning it.

I e tried booking up to the obd port and nothing happens. My scanner says no communication. This leads me to believe that the ecu is shot.

Is the car tuned? My ecm won't run on generic scanners. I have to use evoscan to get faults now.

Maybe the factory service manual would help? Not sure if it has wiring diagrams or not.

No it doesn’t thanks for your help though. Since nobody on here would help me out I went to the dealer and surprisingly enough they helped me out and provided me with all kinds of troubleshooting options and diagrams..
