My evo has been for sale for 6 months but im not getting serious people. I have one potential serious buyer but i'm wanting it sold sooner than later. Posting it here because i know some have friends who want evos who might be within one state of me.

Details:
I am the second owner, I originally purchased it used with 1950 miles in 2010. It's been exclusively used as a daily for 6 years before i did my disaster build.
2008

SSS package (Rockford system, HIDs, curved roof)
Aero package + one spare driver side skirt, painted from factory
OEM new crate motor purchased from Works Automotive in CA in December 2016. Swapped in 2 weeks later. It has about 70 miles on it, i haven't even changed the factory fill yet. Prior to this i had a 2.2 build that went boom for those who dont know me.
Volk TE37SL in 18x9.5 +22, wrapped in 265 Super Sports. These have 60% life left.
H&R street coilovers, 8k/7k w/ Vorshlag plates/bearings.
Agency Power rear arms
Coltspeed rear cross member braces
Beatrush rear tower bar
Hotchkis rear sway bar & their end links
Carbing front roll bar
& a Carbing front ladder brace is included as well - but was not reinstalled during swap.
Basically a glorious street/tight mountain setup with high oversteer and a rigid rear end that you can actually daily.
Many other things interior wise, but no serious power mods. Has a UR 3" dual exit with 2000 miles on it, and an SC 3" test pipe currently installed. These go with the car. The OEM cat is INCLUDED too.
The car is not currently tuned, the bay is literally as boring as any other stock bay so that is why i didnt bother taking a pic. If it's absolutely necessary i will take more pics, but this car is currently stored in a private garage about 20 minutes from where i live, under a car cover, so i have to plan for it.
Issues it has:
AYC does not function. The hydraulic lines have been looped.
SRS / Airbag light on dash for 3 years.
I believe the above two are DIRECTLY related to eachother. My guess is the SAS sensor. A re-calibration might fix, buy my dealer wants to charge absurd amounts (like $1200) to press a single button for 5 seconds, so im not bothering with trying to fix it anymore.
Driver window switch is no longer automatic, button must be held down to close window.
