The pedal box does cut out a good amount of weight. They also allow you to mount back further and move your seat back which ultimately helps the weight distribution. Also can have a bias bar on the brakes so you can fine tune the front to rear bias.

Looks like it will be 100% easier to heel/toe with an aftermarket pedal setup as well.

Looks Good! I've been wanting to do a tube front end for the longest time. I'm surprised you're not getting alittle bit more ambitious though with angling of all the heat exchanges and ducting out the hood.

The intercooler will be at an angle and ducted out the hood. That's why I bought a lancer hood so I can cut as needed. Rad is going in the back.

Love it! I'm glad to see that there are still people dumb enough together with me who put in work with their evo! THe smart ones are selling lol.

Do you have a weight goal that you are trying to reach? Looks super cool.

It seems we are a dying breed.
Hopefully at the end of all this it's 2550 or below without me in it.

So far I know that I'm using a csf R1 race radiator and a Davies Craig electric water pump. Still have to figure out all the mounts, swirl pot and plumbing.
