Customers pay for quality services and products delivered in a timely manner....not for good intentions. That is my take on it.
Now if a vendir is upfront and says....look guy, this could take a year based on my workload....that is another story.

Not to long he posted a picture of what looked to be 50 catch cans, so it's surprising to hear that someone hasn't received an order for one yet.
Ryan said he's all caught up with catch cans through orders placed through Oct and doesn't know who pork chop is and should call him if he's waiting for a catch can from a year ago.
emailed him about twice a month under brassmonkey until augest, when my last email didnt get a response.
