Im starting to hate this car more and more
    I feel for you man.

A modded evo is a car that you almost need to do everything yourself to enjoy it. Relying on people to get it done in a timely manner is a hit and miss (and expensive). And good and reliable/knowledgeable shops are hard to come by.

They have sorted it all out. It appears house of power installed the new pump wrong. I picked it up friday night. Trailered it home and she sits in the driveway while I clean out the garage. I have not gotten on it 100%, I have not really driven my car hard since we melted the waste gate lines in 2017.

    Numbers on tpg's mustang dyno
    525 hp on 93 @ 25psi
    690 hp / 471tq on E80 @ 32 psi

The car has a 520lph fuel pump in the surge tank and we are at 90% duty on the pump.

How do I make sure I am running e80. We never got to do 100% on e98 as the fuel pump couldn't handle more fuel.

    issues
    1. small coolant leak from a turbo line
    2. small exhaust leak from vband on the turbo to down pipe
    3. Inner fenders need sorted out, i need new ones or just remove them.
    4. install ssp under tray

I am working on setting up my first track day.

Glad it was sorted out for you. If it were me, I'd try to run a flex fuel tune and fill up with 1/2 e85 and 1/2 93 to get some benefit of the e85 without breaching the fuel pump's capacity. Only downside is you might not reliably make X whp and Y wtq unless you maintain the same ratio every time, which is unlikely.

Yeah, Nate at tpg on the final numbers and he said to get the final fuel they used 1/2 e85 and 1/2 e98. Figured I would buy 55gallons of e98 and a ethanol gauge to plug into my flex-fuel sensor.

Is this the DF kit? FWIW - I had a leak in the same location as well, and later found they had the wrong clamp in place.

Glad you finally have your car back dude!

It is a drivenfab kit, maybe I can try to rotate the clamp.

Driven the car everyday. So far loving it, need to remember to turn asc off or when i roll onto the throttle it can cut power.

I did not receive all my stuff back from CBRD. I feel like I should send him an email to request to be made whole, any advice?

If he has your property, then he has your property.

Send an email and request it shipped back, or paid retail price for all components.

How in the flying fuck are you getting 22mpg on E85? Is this calculated? I get like 8...... if I keep my foot off the skinny pedal. Lol

The big turbo never is spooled when just driving around. Last time I went to st louis with the 8374 i got really good mpg also. Only drive when I have limited traffic. The trip showed 220 and only took 10 gallons.

If you get 8mpg cruising around with no WOT something is seriously wrong with the car. This was my average over two years with mainly E85, mainly non-hwy driving, stock turbo and always beating the crap out of it. The big jumps are when it was mainly highway.

If your rom multiplier wasn't changed for your updated fuel system and e85 then the calculated MPG on your cluster is totally wrong.

Ahh. I bet this is it. I remember mentioning the mpgs to kozmic. And they said something about changing the rom.

Car needs to go back down there anyway for a check up and inspection. So will mention it to them.

Seems like a piece of shit. Seen a few posts on the other forums praising their "new cbre tune". And yet radio silence here.
